ASM skimmers are great skimmers for the vast majority of reef aquarists. Using the aspirator pinwheel technology with Sedra pumps, ASM skimmers are known for cranking out extermely uniform foam and are not fussy about fluctuating water levels. WIth a simple "H" tubing modification on the outlet tube, we can make the skimmer much quieter.
